Professional, at £8, adds native payroll. In the UK that means PAYE, National Insurance, pension auto-enrolment, and direct RTI submission to HMRC via GovTalk XML. In the other five countries it means full payroll calculation and a guided submission process for the local tax authority.
Enterprise, at £12, adds IR35 and contractor determination, performance reviews, recruitment, and workforce planning. Intelligence, at £16, adds all 12 AI agents, predictive compliance, tribunal risk scoring, and pay equity analysis.
Every tier is all-inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay — payroll is not a separate line item.
The six countries
Mellow calculates payroll natively in each country, not through a third-party integration:
- United Kingdom — PAYE, National Insurance, statutory pay, pensions, direct HMRC RTI.
- Ireland — PAYE, USC, PRSI, with a ROS submission guide.
- United States — federal income tax, FICA, FUTA, and state tax for eight launch states.
- UAE — end-of-service gratuity and WPS Salary Information File generation.
- India — TDS, Provident Fund, and ESI, with old and new tax regimes.
- Australia — PAYG, superannuation, and HECS-HELP repayments.
